 What is shutter speed? How does this effect motion blur?
The shutter is the amount of time the sensor is exposed to the light. The longer the exposure (lower the shutter) the more blurry it is.

* What is the slowest shutter speed you can use if you are holding the camera?
The lowest in hand would be 1 sec...but even that would be quite blurry

* What is aperture?
the field of focus. So higher aperture the wider the field of focus

* What is depth of field? How does aperture effect it?
pretty ,such the same as above. For example if you only wanted to focus on one thing you'd have a lower aperture number.
